Lovette Loriet

The profound look in her eyes
A cherishing cherry
Sad ridden merries
Hidden sweetness of a sour berry
She smiles like a bird’s chirp
Lucid cherubic heart
An extract of cool crystalline sap

Swum in the turmoil stair cases
Of long chilly love-lorn gazes
A salty ocean of dirt
Confusion and deep hurt
Motions of emotions
Distortion mixed with mirth
But even in the jungle of ungrateful earth
Her soul still strong steadfast
A sweet aroma sleeping sound in the berth

She’s been to hell and back
Through the filthy hands
Of young imprudent men
Who on her washed their stained dirty linen
With inside-out pants
Men who bred her fangs
Broke her heart down to feverish fainting pants
Oh how so love is a big beautiful bang
But in the rise of a dull sunset
Can be a huge hailstorm sprang

The tears she carries are damn heavy
Like tax on imports levied
She, for a hard battle heaving
Even as demeaning darkness brightly visits
Her heart is vibrantly breathing, vivid
Beating to the beaming sights of peace rhythm

She’s the bird
Flying with ambition undeterred
Captured me in a romantic coup d’etat
Free from a free fall absurd
The love fountain am in search
Up in the air where emotions hatch
Here, Lovette Loriet
Leap out of your laboured casket
