Purple Reign

It is dry and dark

In this moment am stuck

Into the ocean love struck

Do birds fall in love?

I don’t know

But am a love bird

A cupid shark

Sailing in purple waters

Fetching for the sunset sparks

Love rays and its sparkles

I want Purple Reign

So much

To stick into me

A witty smile

I never want a miss

Even for a while

Hugs that cover me with bliss

And leave me

With chants

A mad poet with a heart elegant

Oh, so I could ride my bride fragrant

On top of life’s love elephant

Cast me a spell

Be my water I be your well

The void I feel you can fill

Time will also tell

Love is the forest

I am the tree that fell

Till my heart throbs to bells

Rings and songs of our love cartel

I want Purple Reign

There inside your heart.

Where last night I dreamnt

Fate could tear me not apart

Love reigned from the start

Let it be that am a brat

Child like a fool, be called a flirt

But Cupid spat

Where you and I sat

Oh, I want Purple Reign

Am in purple chains

Walking aloof and in pains

Perhaps alone in this train

I want to see it reign

Purple trails on the railway

Look into my eyes

Hear me say it again

I want Purple Reign

Let it forever rain

Let it carry me with tendrest vein

My patience, my gain

First of all, keep in mind you probably don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. Because muscle cells burns lots of calories only to maintain itself, more training will, in the long run, burn more fat. For now, do 20 min of high intensity cardio, get lots of protein, and limit carbohydrates- especially at nights. Diet will affect you more than you imagine, and cardio less.
